Remove local access protection

If you're referring to access protection via the 'Enforce consistent ACL' option then you may be able to use a Hex editor to view the information.

Local access protection via the 'Enforce consistent ACL' option can be disabled via a Hex editor.

If local access protection is due to an encrypted database then I'm not sure how you view this - maybe a hex editor as well
